Order processing time

On the product page, you will find detailed information about the time we need to prepare the product for shipment. We begin processing orders immediately after receiving payment. In the case of traditional bank transfers, order processing time is extended by the time it takes for the payment to be credited.

Order fulfillment times may be longer during promotional campaigns.

Once your entire order is complete, the package will be packed and handed over to the courier company. Delivery time depends on the chosen carrier, type of shipment, and recipient's address. It usually takes up to 2 business days. If you chose to pick up your order at an InPost Paczkomat® locker, the shipment will be at your chosen point within a few (usually up to 5) business days from the moment of dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email at the address provided during your order.
